We'll work with your team to build a comprehensive field or organizing program. From planning to targeting, training to tools, staff recruitment to technology, we'll build a custom program to take your campaign to the next level.
Trainings, Facilitation and Coaching
We’ll help you recruit and train the team you need to run your organization or campaign, or provide ongoing coaching and leadership development for current staff. We can also help you design and execute a training to skill-up your volunteers and staff in organizing and campaigning best practices, or run a strategic planning retreat to help your staff build internal capacity, relationships, and a shared vision forwards.
